Limited Event Production
Already have some aspects of your event planned? Maybe you just need someone to make sure you can enjoy your day without having to worry about all the little things. Cherished Celebrations™ will meet with you four to eight weeks prior to your event to finalize your celebration. Some items included, but not limited to, in this service are:
Pre-Event Planning
• Create a Designboard for your event
• Offer design advice, including layout and overall theme
• Research qualified vendors if necessary to complete your event
• Assist in negotiating contracts and review contracts to assure accuracy
• Create detailed time-line for your event day
• Ten to fourteen days prior to your event, mail and/or fax itineraries to all vendors with set-up times included
• Available to answer questions via unlimited emails and phone calls
Wedding Service Coordination
• Day of event, arrive at event site 2-3 hours prior to event
• Assist in decorating venue
• Direct your wedding rehearsal
• Direct wedding ceremony
• Distribute bouquets to and pin boutonnières/corsages on bridal party members
• Oversee event clean-up
• After the event, ensure all items brought to the site (gifts, portrait, flutes) are in the possession of the assigned person
Reception Coordination
• Assist in decorating venue
• Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries
• Supervise and coordinate vendors
• Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries
• Prompt band/DJ of Bride and Grooms arrival, cake cutting, or any other special events
• Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on behalf of hosts
• Oversee event clean-up
• After the event, ensure all items brought to the site (gifts, portrait, flutes) are in the possession of the assigned person
