Complete Event Production

In our most inclusive offering, Cherished Celebrations™ will be with you from start to finish, helping with each and every aspect of your event. This service involves, but is not limited to, the following:

Pre-Event Planning

• Create a budget
• Create a monthly checklist for you
• Create a Moodboard and a Designboard for your event
• Offer design advice, including all paper goods, favors, layout, and overall theme
• Research qualified vendors (event location, florist, etc.) based on your budget and style
• Set up appointments to meet with event vendors
• Accompany you to interview and select event vendors
• Assist in negotiating contracts and review contracts to assure accuracy
• Ten to fourteen days prior to the event, mail and/or fax itineraries to all vendors with set-up times included
• Consult on save the date and invitation design and wording
• Create detailed time-line for day of event
• Offer advice on etiquette
• Available to answer questions via unlimited emails and phone calls

Wedding Service Coordination

• Day of event, arrive at event site 2-3 hours prior to event
• Assist in decorating venue
• Direct your wedding rehearsal
• Direct wedding ceremony
• Distribute bouquets to and pin boutonnières/corsages on bridal party members
• Oversee event clean-up
• After the event, ensure all items brought to the site (gifts, portrait, flutes) are in the possession of the assigned person

Reception Coordination

• Assist in decorating venue
• Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries
• Supervise and coordinate vendors
• Greet vendors upon arrival and receive deliveries
• Prompt band/DJ of Bride and Grooms arrival, cake cutting, or any other special events
• Distribute final payments and tips to vendors on behalf of hosts
• Oversee event clean-up
• After the event, ensure all items brought to the site (gifts, portrait, flutes) are in the possession of the assigned person
