I had mentioned Fall in Love with Indy a couple of days ago and said I’d talk a bit more about who I will get to meet there. I am extremely excited to get to hear Sylvia Weinstock speak! She is a phenomenal baker – called “The Leonardo Da Vinci of Cakes” who will be speaking about the importance of the wedding cake.
I’ll bet you can remember a lot about cakes you like at weddings. How pretty they were, which ones tasted fantastic (or not), because it is the last thing you eat at a wedding!
I am counting down the days until I get to learn from some fabulous people!
